Insights team delivers an intensive one-day crash course on Artificial Intelligence to the leading management team of the Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA)

Insights delivered a specialized training on Artificial Intelligence tools for the Palestinian Presidential Office, the official administrative and organizational body of the Palestinian Presidency, headquartered in Ramallah.
The training aimed to strengthen institutional capacities and introduce practical AI applications that enhance workflow efficiency, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making within public institutions.

October, 2025
Insights supported the evaluation of UNICEF’s 3 year Education Programme in the West Bank. As the national research and field implementation partner, Insights led local data collection, stakeholder engagement, and field coordination, ensuring that evidence is aligned with UNICEF’s standards on ethics, safeguarding, and conflict sensitivity.

September, 2025
Insights participated in a field visit to the Jordan Customs Department as part of the applied programme accompanying the regional workshop on international trade statistics organized by the Arab Institute for Training and Research in Statistics, ESCWA, and SESRIC.
The visit included meetings with senior customs officials and a technical presentation addressing foreign trade statistics, institutional coordination among data-producing entities, and challenges related to data collection and statistical integration.

February, 2026
Insights collaborated with Flow Accelerator to deliver an introductory session at Arab American University within a Research Methods class. The session introduced students to Flow Accelerator’s model, core programs, and the objectives of the Student Ambassadors Programme.

Insights held a coordination meeting with representatives of the Palestinian Ministry of Education to explore potential areas of collaboration aimed at strengthening service delivery and improving evidence-based planning within the education sector.

A significant step towards advancing technological innovation in Palestine was marked with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Insights for Research, Surveys, and Training and the Palestine Techno Park. The agreement is aimed at supporting the establishment of innovation labs that will provide an advanced environment for students and graduates to develop cutting-edge digital solutions, with a special focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis.

September, 2025
Insights, in partnership with Leaders Organization, launched a practical online training on data analysis and AI in analytics as part of Digiworks programme. The programme saw strong participation from the Gaza Strip, highlighting their resilience, technical talent, and innovation potential despite challenging conditions.
